Rental Rates
The advertised prices for the gite are in EUROS and per week, this includes all linen, bedding, towels, utilities and wood in the winter months. All beds are made prior to arrival and for fortnightly rentals are changed on the following Saturday after arrival date.
Tax de sejour is payable for all personnes over the age of 18 at a daily rate of 1.50 Euros per night per person. Payment must be made in euros.
The gite will be available to you from 4pm on the first day of rental and we need you to vacate by 10am on the last day of the rental period to enable cleaning for the following guests. Should there be no bookings immediately before or after your stay, we maybe able to change these times to suit you but you must have our express permission beforehand.
Arrival and departure dates are flexible and the rental period is for a minimum of 4 nights.
Payment, a deposit of 30% of the full rental price of the gite is payable wiithin seven days of date of reservation.
Rental rates are for the entire property.
