Rental Rates

The advertised prices for the gite are in EUROS and per week, this includes all linen, bedding, towels, utilities, tourist tax and wood in the winter months. All beds are made prior to arrival and for fortnightly rentals are changed on the following Saturday after arrival date.

The gite will be available to you from 4pm on the first day of rental and we need you to vacate by 10am on the last day of the rental period to enable cleaning for the following guests.  Should there be no bookings immediately before or after your stay, we maybe able to change these times to suit you but you must have our express permission beforehand.

During the high season the minimum rental period for the gite is one week from Saturday to Saturday. 

Outside of the high season our arrival and departure dates are flexible and the rental period is for a minimum of 4 nights.

Payment, a deposit of 30% of the full rental price of the gite is payable wiithin seven days of date of reservation.
